Current I am having an issue signing into my Google Talk app on my Samsung UN55D8000 tv. Below are pictures taking of what I am trying and the result.

Known items:

• My Google 2-step verification is On
• I have done a reset of Smart Hub and getting updates to see if that would help.
• Facebook app and Twitter app both work as expected on the Samsung tv.
• I have the Google Talk (1.0.0.104) application running fine on my Windows XP pc.
• Remote using: Samsung BN59-01134B
• I am able to sign into the Smart Hub

Is my Google Talk service ID username@gmail.com or username?
ANSWER: Scottie didn't say directly but appears to be username@gmail.com.

Using my username@gmail.com ID here with 2-step code for password.

Step 2: - Download update.

Step 3: - Install update

Step 4: - Log into Smart Hub

Step 5: - Register Google Talk account

Step 6: - Window after I enter in my Google Talk credentials
